Privacy Policy

documentemf is operated by Atlanta Infotech, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use documentemf.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your EMF export. The .xemf configuration file you upload. Credential values (passwords, keys, tokens and similar) are removed in your browser before upload and removed again on our servers, so we do not process or store them. Other content, such as process, server and field names, is kept unless you choose to scrub it before uploading.
- Contact and order details. Your email address, the company domain it implies, and what you ordered.
- Payment. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment, not your card number.
- Upload records. Fingerprints (one-way hashes) and counts derived from each upload, used to recognize repeat uploads and apply free-document limits.
- Usage data. Aggregate, cookieless page analytics. Signing in to your document library uses a session cookie.
How we use it
To produce and deliver your documentation, operate your document library, process payments, send order-related email, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Retention
- Your documents stay in your library until you delete them.
- We keep your uploaded export, with credentials removed, to improve the service — unless you choose “Purge my .xemf after fulfillment” when ordering, in which case we delete every stored copy once your order is fulfilled.
- Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
Who processes it
We use service providers for hosting, data storage, payment processing, email delivery and document processing, each bound to use the data only to provide their service to us. A list is available on request.
Your choices
You can scrub names from your export before uploading, opt out of export retention when ordering, delete documents from your library, and ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing documentemf@ryanbrents.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, documents are stored privately, and download links are short-lived. No system is perfectly secure, and automated scrubbing cannot guarantee that every identifying detail is removed — review documents before sharing them.
Children
documentemf is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 16.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
