Terms of Service

Effective 10/22/2026

These terms govern your use of documentemf.com and the documents it produces (the “Service”), operated by Atlanta Infotech, LLC (“we”, “us”). By uploading a file, placing an order or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

The Service

You upload a configuration export (.xemf) from your Aptean EMF system, and we produce documentation of the processes it describes. We work only from the files you provide. We never access, log in to or operate your EMF system, and you run any export yourself.

Your uploads

Your documents

Documents are derived from the export you provided and describe its configuration as written. They are an aid to understanding, not a guarantee of how your system behaves at runtime. Check them before relying on them for operational, compliance or change decisions. If a document does not match the export you gave us, tell us and we will correct it.

You may use, copy and share your documents for your organization’s internal purposes. The Service itself — its software, templates and methods — remains ours.

Orders and payment

Acceptable use

Do not upload files you are not authorized to share, attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, or try to access data that is not yours.

Aptean, EMF and Ross are trademarks of their respective owners. documentemf is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Aptean.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. We may suspend access for misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your documents from your library.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
